A beautiful example of Guild's alternative to the Gibson SG.
The guitar is in excellent condition with signs of use but not abuse. Frets show little wear and the neck plays perfectly. The serial number points to 1972 or 3, and the potentiometer dates are from early 1973.
The guitar is all original with just the addition of a thin ring around the output jack, put there by the previous owner as a little strain relief on an area that can take some abuse.
No repairs, and the guitar set up perfectly with new 10 gauge strings.
The bridge is adjusted down to the body to get the action set up. There is no further room for adjustment. There is a little room in the truss rod, but the relief is set up correctly now. Action is very reasonable and playable, only getting a little high above the 15th fret.
No case - will be double boxed for shipping.

Three day UPS air shipments will be automatic for buyers including these states and those to the east of them: Montana, South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Oklahoma, Texas. Shipments will require signature on delivery, no exceptions. If there is damage, the buyer must retain all packing materials intact and picture them immediately and send them to sales@maharsvintageguitars.com.
