This late-’80s Fender ST-54 Stratocaster, made in Japan in 1989 or 1990, is a beautifully built vintage-style reissue finished in classic Candy Apple Red and paired with a deluxe gator-style hard case.

The ST-54 series is regarded as one of Fender Japan’s finest Stratocaster reissues.  These guitars are known for their feel and exceptional consistency and have earned a reputation for rivaling (and often exceeding) their American counterparts of the same era.

Built with vintage-style appointments, the ST-54 delivers the chime, clarity, and snap players expect from a great Strat, with a comfortable neck carve and smooth playability that makes it instantly familiar in hand.

This example is in excellent condition, showing only light signs of careful use, and it includes a high-quality gator case for secure transport and storage. It set up easily and beautifully - it plays really well!

As with all instruments at Mahar’s Vintage Guitars, it has been fully inspected, photographed accurately, and professionally set up to play its absolute best.

There are multiple shipping cost options for purchases made on our site.  Select Ground, 3 Day, 2 Day, or Next Day Air Saver.  For Reverb purchases, there is one cost option for Eastern states - customers from any state that is more than a 3 day UPS ground shipment from our shop will get their shipment via UPS 3 day air.  Otherwise, ground shipping will be used.  Shipments will require signature on delivery, no exceptions.  If there is damage, the buyer must retain all packing materials intact and picture them immediately and send them to sales@maharsvintageguitars.com.  Less than 1% of our shipments are damaged in transit, and we are committed to making sure your item arrives safely, but we are taking these additional measures to make sure you are happy with your purchase.
