Everything you need is included to install these active EMG pickups in your Telecaster.  EMG FTC pickups with the label IJB on the back of each.  They were installed in a Telecaster we purchased recently that included the original pickups and pots, so we put the guitar back to stock and are selling these separately.  Everything worked when installed.  If everything was wired to EMG spec, I didn't check, but it seemed so.

EMG's description:  The EMG FTC takes the original FT and incorporates ceramic magnets for added high end and output. Don't let the looks fool you, the FTC gives you all the twang and punch you'd expect with incredible clarity and definition with no hum.

This neck pickup gives players a biting top end without sacrificing the bass response. When overdriven, this pickup screams with incredible sustain and edge.
