The Mesa Boogie Lonestar Special 1x12" Combo, built in 2005, is a versatile and expressive Class A tube combo amp that delivers rich, harmonically complex tones with boutique-level dynamics.

We also have the matching 1x12" cabinet. 

Powered by four EL84 power tubes, this USA-made 30-watt combo can be switched between 30W, 15W, and 5W modes, making it ideal for both stage and studio use.

Featuring two fully independent, matching channels, the Lonestar Special offers everything from sparkling cleans to thick, singing overdrive. Each channel includes dedicated EQ, reverb, and gain controls, allowing you to dial in everything from vintage Fender-style tones to saturated British crunch. A premium Celestion Black Shadow speaker ensures exceptional clarity and depth.

This amp includes the original footswitch and cover, making it a complete professional-grade rig. With Mesa’s unmatched build quality and tonal flexibility, the Lonestar Special 1x12" combo is a top-tier choice for discerning players across genres.

This amp saw living room use only since it was purchased new.  There are some signs of use here and there, but the cover did its job to keep the amp nice and clean.  

The original tubes are good, and the rectifier tube is a US made, Mesa branded Philips.  The original casters are not included.

Shipping policy:

When you purchase this item you are hereby agreeing to this shipping policy. We remove tubes from amps that could be damaged in shipping.  These cases result in multiple box shipments, and they require the buyer to do some assembly on delivery.  We do this because we have experienced shipping issues in the past, and this is our prevention measure.  Vintage amps are sold as-is because they can need service intermittently.  Everything is tested here in our shop on the way into our inventory, and again before shipping.  We will cover shipping damage, but we cannot be responsible for the failure of vintage components in 20-to-50-plus year old amps. Shipments will require signature on delivery, no exceptions.  If there is damage, the buyer must retain all packing materials intact and picture them immediately and send them to sales@maharsvintageguitars.com.  Less than 1% of our shipments are damaged in transit, and we are committed to making sure your item arrives safely, but we are taking these additional measures to make sure you are happy with your purchase.
