The JHS The Clover is a studio-quality preamp and boost pedal inspired by the rare Boss FA-1 FET preamp made famous by The Edge of U2. Designed to add clarity, punch, and harmonic richness, The Clover offers up to +24dB of clean boost, a full 3-band EQ, and a toggle switch for three different voicing modes (Full EQ, No EQ, and No Low Cut). Whether you’re pushing a tube amp, enhancing acoustic-electric tone, or using it as an “always on” foundation, The Clover delivers pristine, articulate sound shaping.

This pedal is in excellent condition with fully functional controls and no modifications. The balanced XLR output makes it ideal for acoustic instruments or direct-to-PA setups, while the 1/4-inch output handles traditional pedalboard routing. Its transparent character and EQ flexibility make it useful for electric guitar, bass, keys, and studio tracking.
