This 2004 Epiphone SG-400 in Ebony delivers the classic rock tones and iconic styling inspired by the legendary Gibson SG. Built with a mahogany body and set neck, the SG-400 offers sustain and resonance well above typical bolt-on designs. The guitar is very near mint with few signs of prior use.  The neck is straight and very playable after we gave it a setup - these guitars leave the factory without much attention to playability, so we dialed it in.  The truss rod has room for future neck relief adjustments.  There are no changes, repairs, or issues whatsoever.

The slim-taper neck profile makes this model fast and comfortable to play, while the bound rosewood fingerboard with trapezoid inlays adds a premium touch. This guitar comes paired with a high-quality SKB hardshell case, offering superior protection and durability—ideal for musicians who gig or collectors who value preservation.

There are multiple shipping cost options for purchases made on our site.  Select Ground, 3 Day, 2 Day, or Next Day Air Saver.  For Reverb purchases, there is one cost option for these Eastern states and shipment will be made by UPS three-day-air.  Shipments will require signature on delivery, no exceptions.  If there is damage, the buyer must retain all packing materials intact and picture them immediately and send them to sales@maharsvintageguitars.com.  Less than 1% of our shipments are damaged in transit, and we are committed to making sure your item arrives safely, but we are taking these additional measures to make sure you are happy with your purchase.
