Matchless SC-30 C-30 1x12" Reverb Combo 2022

The Matchless SC-30 stands out as one of the burliest amps ever built.  Whether they're from the 90s "Sampson Era" or recent, like this 2022, they all are built like tanks and sound incredible.  There really is no compromise in a 2022 versus a 1995 Matchless.  Trust me, I've sold plenty of 90s Matchless and was a dealer when those amps were new.

This example is in excellent condition. The only wear of note happened in shipping from another dealer to my friend and customer.  See the pics for the one dent on each side of the front of the cab.  Don't worry - we will ship it so that this doesn't happen again!  Actually, we'll ship the amp in two boxes - one for the chassis and one for the cabinet.  If you're not comfortable with reassembly on arrival, consider that we can help over the phone, or consider buying elsewhere.  We do this because we know that the weight of the transformers in this amp can damage the chassis in shipping.  It is just the responsible way to ship an amp like this. 

Otherwise, the amp is all original and it runs perfectly.  The creamback Celestion is a perfect match for the amp.

If you don't know what to expect from the amp, think of that classic Vox AC30 tone, and consider that this Matchless will do all of that and not give you trouble like an AC30 is known to.  Plus, this amp has reverb!
