It's great when we get a player's guitar, something in this price range that surprises with great playability, feel and tone like this SG.
The neck on this guitar is really nice, a full C shape with a 1 11/16" nut width. Somehow it just has the feel of an older guitar.
The P90s were removed form the guitar by a previous owner and replaced with Lollar Imperial humbuckers. The routing under the pickguard could have been done better, but what's done is done, and the change brought with it some killer, 60's style SG Standard tone.
The frets are in great shape, the truss rod has been checked and is effective, and there are no issues with the guitar whatsoever. There are the usual signs of use, not abuse.
Comes complete with a nice hardshell flight case.
