By 1958, Gibson had settled into the body contour, neck profile, and pickup configuration that would define the \"Burst\" era. Hardware includes Kluson Deluxe tuners, a no-wire ABR-1 bridge with metal saddles at 1.973\" string spacing, and a chrome stop bar tailpiece. Pickups are Gibson-branded PAF-style humbuckers reading 7.94k at the neck and 7.86k at the bridge — well-matched and within the range of original PAF output. Wiring, pots, output jack plate, switch (Switchcraft 3-way toggle), and all hardware are original.
