We know that the market has found a desire for the Mustang bass, and we're behind it 100%.  Those who know, know that these basses have a tone all their own.

This example has been played but the frets are in great shape, so it's one that has the look of a played instrument without playability issues.  It also has the original case, which we don't often see for some reason.

A look under the hood revealed that one half of the pickup is a date-stamped, original part and the other has a black bobbin plate.  I assume that the black bottom pickup is changed, but I am not 100% certain as I do see other, original basses from the era with two black bottom pickup halves.  We always look and disclose, so there you have it.

The only other change is the nut - it is a Tusq replacement.  

The original mute mount is included, another part that is often discarded.

Shipping policy:
