This is a pre-pull-pot example, which matters: the volume boost pull switch that changed the circuit was added in 1977, making this one of the last pure pre-modification silverface Deluxe Reverbs. The reverb and vibrato are both fully functional. The RCA 5U4GB rectifier and Fender-branded 6V6 power tubes are original; preamp duties are handled by a mix of JJ and EHX 12AX7 and 12AT7 tubes. Filter caps are original. The original two-button footswitch is included. We remove tubes from amps that could be damaged in shipping.  These cases require the buyer to re-install them on delivery - it is very easy with this amp, and we label them so you know exactly where to put them.  We remove heavy speakers from amps as they can crack baffles, especially amps with particle board baffles.  These cases require customers to reassemble amps.  It also costs us more.  The shipping cost is higher as a result.  We do this because we have experienced shipping issues in the past, and this is our prevention measure.  Vintage amps are sold as-is because they can need service intermittently.  Everything is tested here in our shop on the way into our inventory, and again before shipping.  We will cover shipping damage, but we cannot be responsible for the failure of vintage components in 20-to-50-plus year old amps.
