This Showman head goes to the next level thanks to a modification by George Moore, the man behind Webb amps.

Webb is the most important amp company that many have likely never heard of.  The work of George Moore made them the number 1 choice for steel players, but they went further than just that and players who know, know.

A friend of mine knew George and had him modify this Showman.  It runs on four 6550 tubes and is stated to output 135 watts.  His recollection is that the Normal channel remains original, but the Vibrato channel was altered.

We'll have to make a video to show you what you can expect from the amp.  For now, we can say that is is loud, clean and sounds awesome.
