This is a Fender Villager 12 String Body With aluminum neck dowel (goes in that round hole you see in the neck pocket), endpin strap button, serial plate with neck screws 1965-68.  There is a big ding on the front that someone hit with some kind of filler.  I thought it was a hole in the guitar but it doesn't go all the way through.
