This Gretsch doubleneck steel came in a while back, right after a fleet of Marshall and Vox amps. We had to work through the stuff in order, so here it is at last!
This has to be the coolest looking steel we've gotten lately, even the case is cool as heck!
Fully functional with great tone! The instrument is all original with the exception that it has one missing leg. This was the other holdup. I spent some time looking for a fourth. I know they're out there, so I'll keep looking and will update this listing when I find one (and raise the price a bit).
Until then, the steel can be played as the last owner did. He wisely flipped one of the leg mounts under the steel. This angled the leg towards the middle of the steel, making it stable for use without that fourth leg. The change is completely reversible with no detrimental changes to the instrument, and it works well as is.
Big and heavy in the case - shipping will be a bit expensive.
