I know, I know - "I remember when these sold for $X!" - take a look around and you'll see that those days are gone.

And, do a little poking around and you'll find that this is actually a rare guitar.  Only about 25 Les Paul Standards were made in 1976, and about 550 in 1977.  Previous to 1976, the Standard was a special order item for just a couple of years.  The Deluxe was prevalent throughout the 70's, and you'll see some that have been routed for full size humbuckers, some even with a Les Paul Standard truss rod cover.

The nice thing about the Standard of this era is that it did not have the "pancake" body like the Deluxe.  It does have a three=piece, maple neck however.

This particular guitar has had the pickups and pots changed.  Pickups are older Duncans, likely from the early 80s. The original covers were added to the pickups.  The tone pots are coil tapping pull pots.

This is a great playing, great sounding guitar with no repairs other than what is noted above.  The original case is included.
