This tom mount works great and has all the mounting hardware. Mount screws are 1 7/8” apart, on center.
The mount came from a 13” tom, acquired with a 1964 keystone kit with serial numbers. This was from the only re-wrapped drum, which was in pretty weak shape, so I parted it out.
There is wear and pitting, but it is pretty clean and works great.
