Wow, what a beast!  This bass plays like a dream and sounds AMAZING!

It is a bit weighty, but the Japanese craftsmanship is flawless and it really does outclass basses that command 2x the value and more.

All original throughout.  Someone has marked the bass side of the fretboard to help find the "frets".  They are not into the wood.  I just went in to the shop and was able to almost completely rub a couple of the marks off with a polish cloth and a little guitar polish, so they'll be easy to remove.  Upon ultra-close inspection, there are the tiniest of superficial finish indentations at the location of some of these lines.  I almost needed a magnifying glass to see them.  Otherwise there are no changes, issues or major signs of wear.

Comes with the original hardshell case.
