This Martin is simply stunning!  The top is in amazing condition, the whole guitar is very clean for its age, and check out the back and sides!

The action is great, making this one of the most playable 12 strings I've laid my hands on.  The saddle is a touch low, but it does look like it is years from needing a neck reset.

The frets appear to have been replaced, which seems pretty remarkable because the guitar doesn't seem to have been played much.

When we acquired the guitar there was a hairline crack at the end of the bass string slot. This was remedied carefully with flush glue, like hide glue but from fish. It’s solid, it already was even when the crack was active, but now it is stabilized.

There are a couple cleats on one nearly imperceptible crack on the back.

Comes with a non-original hardshell case.
