OK, so the Patriots blew it. I haven't been updating the homepage for a while as I was in a deep funk over the debacle that was the Super Bowl. I have submitted my resume for Patriots Super Bowl Interim Coach next season as I KNOW I could have made it happen (and I am 100% certain the Pats will be there again). Drop a line to Bob Kraft and the Patriots management pleawse and tell them that I made all the calls on Super Bowl Sunday that would have certainly brought home the victory and sealed the undefeated season - paste this into your browser to do so http://www.patriots.com/fanzone/public/index.cfm?ac=feedback . Next up for my sports affliction is March Madness (can't wait) and then a trip to LA to see the Sox and Dodgers pre-season in the LA Coliseum. Keep an eye on KG and the Celtics, they're going all the way - my stone-cold lock for 2008.
News on the economy today is that consumer confidence has slipped to a new low, the housing market is collapsing and inflation is on the rise. Apparently these are all good things for the guitar market because busness here is going OFF! Seriously though, take a look at investing in guitars. The peak pricing of the last two years has settled and brought things in-line so that future gains can be expected. What I've been seeing lately is that acoustic guitars are en fuego. Think about it - the cost of a new hand-made acoustic guitar has been on the rise for years and the availability of quality woods is diminishing. These two factors alone will continue to drive the prices of US made, quality acoustic guitars for the forseeable future and beyond. Keep an eye here as I am diligently searching for prime and player vintage Martins, Gibsons etc...

I am now sending out weekly Featured Item emails to newsletter subscribers. These emails will show one item as the feature, one item I am actively seeking for a customer, and two or more new items. Go to Contact Us to sign up for my email list - this way you'll be one of the first to see my new items!
Sell me your guitar! I am always buying vintage guitars and basses from Gibson, Fender, Martin, Danelectro, Ibanez, Silvertone, Guild, Hofner, Gretsch, Rickenbacker, and on and on. Call me at 530-894-2228 or email me at s-source@pacbell.net
I will be regrettably downsizing the number of pictures I post of each item. While it's been part of my philosophy to post up to 20 pictures of each piece of my merchandise it has simply become too expensive to host all these large, high quality images with my website administration. I will continue to take the extensive pictures of each item, please email or call if you would like to see more images before buying an item. I will continue to post detailed descriptions of each piece. Of course, feel free to contact me about any instrument if you have questions. My phone number is 530-894-2228 (Toll free inside the US only at 877-894-2228) and my email address is s-source@pacbell.net
Thanks!
